Grape variety and know-how
100% Cabernet Franc.
Harvested when perfectly ripe to preserve the supple tannins. Aged on lees for 6 months to add structure and melt the tannins.
Tasting notes
This Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil has a radiant, intense colour with gorgeous ruby glints. The Cabernet Franc produces a nose that opens with accents of red fruit. It has a dense, yet delightfully fresh, mouthfeel. Pair it with grilled meat or a fresh pike from the river Loire, served with baked tomatoes.
To be served between 15°C and 18°C.
