Grape Variety and know-how
Chardonnay – Chenin – Grolleau – Cabernet Franc.
Hand-harvested. Primary fermentation in heat-controlled vats, secondary fermentation in bottles placed on wooden slats, for over 12 months.
Tasting notes
A truly elegant cuvée whose nose opens with a suggestion of quince and spring fragrances. Nicely balanced on the palate, and fine, silky bubbles, produced by a secondary fermentation in bottles. A wine that’s just made for serving at an evening buffet.
To be served betweend 6°C and 9°C.
