Soil and terroir
The nature of the different soils is widely varied, with flinty clays, mixed clay and limestone, and Sologne sand.
Grape variety and know-how
100% Sauvignon Blanc.
The grapes are picked when perfectly ripe and are among the first varieties to be harvested. The juice is kept cold right from the start, to maximise the variety’s aromatic potential.
Tasting notes
This wine gets its powerful aroma from the Sauvignon grape. The nose offers aromas of exotic fruit and wild broom. A clean, soft wine on the palate, following through with notes of citrus. The mineral finish really comes into its own when accompanied by asparagus from Sologne.
To be served between 9 and 10°C
