Tasting notes
A fine, mineral wine, opening with a delicate nose of flowers and white stone fruit. This wine is fruity on the palate with a beautifully fresh finish. Made with Chenin Blanc and therefore typical of its terroir. The perfect accompaniment to salads and raw vegetable hors d’oeuvres.
