Soil and terroir
The area extends across the slopes on both banks of the river Cher. The vine plots lie on naturally draining slopes on limestone or flinty clay soils.
Grape variety and know-how
100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Grapes are harvested when highly mature. Aged on lees for 6 months to develop the wine’s roundness.
An intensely aromatic expression of Sauvignon Blanc. The nose offers citrus and ripe fruit. On the palate, a fresh, balanced, harmonious wine with good length, and a perfect foil for special fish dishes such as turbot, John Dory, etc.
To be served between 10°C and 12°C.
