Soil and terroir

The grapes used for our IGP wines are all produced by our wine-growers in the Loire Valley. The wide variety of soils ranges from the ancient terrains of the Armorican Massif of Anjou to the white limestones of the Saumur and Tours areas.

Grape variety and know-how

100% Gamay.

The grapes used for our PGIs come 100% from the Loire Valley and from our own winegrowers. The rules for producing an IGP are more flexible, allowing our winemakers to express their creativity.

Tasting notes

This Loire Valley wine, with its brilliant purple color, reveals aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. Its delicate, slightly spicy mouthfeel, smooth tannins and long finish will enhance a roast Anjou goose.

To be served between 14°C and 16°C.
